Our regularly scheduled meeting is on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM.
If you'd like to join a meeting, please come to the Houston-Clinton Hall located at 1301 Houston Clinton Drive in Burnet.
We may postpone an meeting for voting or for bad weather.

Scheduled Meetings
Membership
You can get membership cards from either the groundskeepers, Jim or Justine Turner, or from the Annual Meeting.
Membership prices are as follows:
Individual Membership: $10.00
Family Membership: $25.00
Business Membership: $35.00
Each membership is valid for a year from when they were given to you.

If you are interested in becoming a board director, you need to come to at least three scheduled meetings and then you will be voted into the group by other members.
Annual Meeting
Our Annual Meeting will be on the second weekend in March.
In 2026, our Annual Meeting will be on March 11th at 6:00 PM.
The meal during the meeting is a pot luck meal made by all of the directors.
