No coolers are allowed during this event.

Schedule & Concessions

We will be having our 60th Annual Rodeo at the Rodeo Grounds located at 1301 Houston Clinton Drive, Burnet, TX.

The gates will be open at 5:00 PM and the Rodeo will start at 7:00 PM.

There will be a concession stand available. The Concession is usually run by one of the local youth groups.

There will be beer availabe at the Rodeo grounds for adults at the beer booths.

Please be aware that Sponsor Packets 2 - 8 must be known at least a month before the Rodeo so we can get the correct information and logos on promotional advertising. Also, last year sponsors have the first right of refusal for Packages 2 - 10. Please ask a BCRA Representative if that sponsorship is open. All sponsors need to let their representative know how they'd like their banner to look.

Thank you for helping to sponsor our Rodeo! We greatly appreciate you!

Sponsors will be getting a packet from a representative that has VIP cards and three beer tickets per VIP card. When you arrive at the outside gate, please show your VIP card to be allowed in the gate. Please show your VIP Card at the VIP Gate to swap out for the wristband that will allow you to get into the VIP Area during the Rodeo for both Friday and Saturday night.

There will be a meal for our sponsors during the Rodeo. The meal begins at 6:30 and ends at 8:30.

Tickets & Admissions

🔗 Buy tickets online at Ticketspice!
You can start purchasing tickets April 1, 2026.
Tickets through Ticketspice are cheaper until the day of the event.
Please show your purchase through Ticketspice to get in the gate.


You can also pick up tickets at: The Chamber of Commerce and Blair's Western Wear.

The price of admission tickets at the gate are:
Ages 10 - Up are $20;
Ages 6 - 9 are $10;
Ages 5 - younger get in free.

Parking is free. We may have a group to assist on where to park. Thank you!

If you are looking for a place to stay during the Rodeo, we recommend La Vista Hotel.

VIP Tickets & The VIP Area

If you would like to get VIP Tickets for the Rodeo, please look at the Sponsorship packet located in the Sponsorship Information area.

Sponsors will be getting a packet with the following information in it:
VIP Cards and three Beer Tickets per VIP Card.

The VIP Area is ONLY for Sponsors of the Rodeo.

Vendor Information

The Rodeo will promptly begin at 7:00 PM at the Burnet County Fairgrounds located at 1301 Houston Clinton Drive in Burnet. The gates will open at 5:00 PM. Vendors will want to be ready for people by 4:00 PM. No food vendors are needed.

Rodeo Queens

Burnet County Rodeo Association Scholarship Queen Pageant applications will be available on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
You can find it at the Burnet Chamber of Commerce, Blair's Western Wear, and Relentless Salon.

Age Divisions:
Queen: 16 - 18*
Duchess: 13 - 15*
Princess: 10 - 12*
Sweetheart: 06 - 09*
Contessa: 04-05
(riding w/ assistance)

*The age divisions may be modified at the discretion of the BCRA Board and /or Pageant Director.

Contestants will complete in: Photogenic, Personality, Western Wear, Rodeo and Equine Knowledge, Horsemanship, Modeling, Fashion Wear, Interview, Congeniality, Hospitality and overall Point Winner.

Rodeo Dances

For our 60th Annual Rodeo, we have the following artists for the rodeo weekend:

Friday Night features: The Jody Proctor Band

Saturday Night features: Ben Watson and the Hired Guns

The bands will begin playing at the end of the Rodeo and will play until midnight.

We appreciate both of these bands for coming and celebrating the Rodeo with us!

Team Roping

Team Roping will be held on Wednesday May 6th, 2026.

Books open at 5:30
#8 run first $150 per man, pick one, draw two, enter twice #8 (4.5 cap)
Books close at 6:30
Rope at 7:00 PM
#10 (5.5 cap)
Books close at 7:30 follows #8
Before the end of the first round on each roping pick one partner $40 per man buy back.

Buckles will be given to average winners of each roping.
Money clips to fast time each night of the Rodeo.
Anyone who lives in, pays taxes, or graduated in Burnet County is eligible to rope.
